These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bd go platform and all of its services. "User" or "Member" means any person who has registered on bd go and is using the platform. "Platform" means the bd-go.lat website and any associated mobile applications.

"Services" as used in these Terms means casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting, bonus programs, VIP benefits, and other entertainment services provided by bd go.

By opening an account on bd go and starting to use the services, you acknowledge that you fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are asked to stop using the platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on bd go and use the services. bd go may request an ID or other documents at any time to verify your age. Opening an account in the name of a person under 21 is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may open only one account. If more than one account is found under the same person's name, bd go reserves the right to close them and freeze the associated balances. Multiple people in the same family or household may each have their own account, provided each account is registered under a different person's real details.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If an account is opened with false information, or if account details are not kept current, bd go may close the account at any time. KYC verification may be required to confirm your identity before a withdrawal is processed.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on bd go can be made using four mobile wallet methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The owner of the deposit account and the bd go account must be the same person.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes

Withdrawals can also be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. KYC verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.

3.3 Funds Verification

bd go reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and temporarily hold withdrawals. If a transaction is suspected to be related to fraud or money laundering, the relevant authorities may be notified.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To claim this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x) — meaning the bonus must be bet twenty times before any winnings from it can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, and the wagering requirement to meet would be ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.

4.2 Other Promotions

bd go offers various promotions including a weekly reload bonus, slot adventure bonus, Cricket Josh offer, birthday reward, and referral program. Each offer has its own wagering requirements and eligibility rules. If a bonus is abused or an attempt is made to meet bonus conditions artificially, bd go reserves the right to cancel that bonus.

4.3 Bonus Cancellation Conditions

bd go may cancel a bonus in the following cases: claiming a bonus from multiple accounts; registering with false information; breaching the terms of a bonus offer; and taking advantage of any system error or technical fault.

• If a withdrawal is made before the bonus wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Each offer can be claimed once only unless the terms state otherwise.
• bd go reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotional offer at any time.

bd go's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level. Cashback is a set percentage of the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings) and is credited directly to the account.

Progression through VIP levels depends on regular and active participation on the platform. Members who reach higher levels will receive special benefits and priority support. VIP benefits may be changed or discontinued at bd go's sole discretion.

6.1 Game Operation

bd go offers games from several well-known game studios including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and Spribe. Each game has its own rules, and you are advised to read them before starting.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a server outage, loss of internet connection, or any other technical fault, bd go will resolve the situation in line with its standard policy. Game history and server logs will be treated as the final evidence in such cases.

6.3 Collusion and Cheating Prohibited

Using multiple accounts to manipulate bonuses or game outcomes, or using any software or method to deceive bd go's systems, is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

bd go offers betting on various sports events including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) and football. Odds may change at any time. Odds are not final until a bet is confirmed. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will generally be refunded.

7.2 Live Betting

For live in-play betting, bd go reserves the right to void a bet if there is any uncertainty about the score, result, or situation. Bets placed at odds displayed due to an unintentional technical error may be cancelled by bd go.

7.3 Multi Bets and Single Bets

Both single bets and multi bets with multiple selections can be placed. A multi bet pays out only if all selections are correct; if even one selection is wrong, the entire bet is lost.

If a member feels they are losing control over their gaming, they can contact bd go support via live chat or email to request self-exclusion. Such requests are processed promptly. Any attempt to open a new account during a self-exclusion period will also be closed.

10.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Before closing, it is recommended that you complete any open bets or games and withdraw any withdrawable balance.

10.2 Closure or Suspension by bd go

bd go may temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Registering with a false identity or false information.
• Suspicion of fraud, cheating, or money laundering.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Proven bonus abuse.
• By court order or government directive.

In the case of permanent closure, bd go will consider returning any legitimate balance after investigation, unless that balance is linked to bonus violations or fraud.

bd go is not liable for any financial loss, emotional distress, or other indirect harm arising from gaming. The platform provides services on an "as is" basis and no guarantee of uninterrupted service is given.

bd go will not be liable for compensation in the event of temporary service disruption caused by maintenance, upgrades, or unintentional technical issues. However, bd go will work to ensure members are protected to the greatest extent possible in such situations.

bd go reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time. For significant changes, bd go will endeavour to notify members in advance via their registered email or a platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after any change to the Terms will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.
